How does it work: Plug in the unit, add water and select the temperature you want your water to stay hot after it has completed boiling. If you set it to 100 degrees, unit will shut off after boiling water. Select any other temperature and it will first boil water, then switch to stay warm and keep the water hot at the temperature you have selected. Unit will stay on for 6 hours, if left unattended, and then shut off. Select the temperature you want to heat your water at, and the unit will first boil, then switch to stay warm at the temperature you selected.
